This intermission workshop is designed for 20 selected nurse and health managers who wish to use a systematic and evidence-based approach to redesigning health services and improving quality of care. The workshop will be offered four hours per day over four days. We will address clinical leadership, systems thinking, health service redesign, practice improvement methodology and evidence practice.
