Calling for joining as speakers, conference panelists, chair persons, moderators, free paper presenters, attendees and sponsors

Dear Colleagues;

I introduce myself, Professor Emeritus, Dr. Supakorn Rojananin, MD, Deputy Dean of School of Medicine, Mae Fah Luang University (MFU), Chiang Rai, Thailand. I am acting as president of the organizing committee of the 19^th Thai Medical Education Conference which is going to take place on December 19-21, 2018 at Mah Fah Luang University, Chiang Rai, under the theme of “Leadership towards Medical Education Excellence”.

Our program will include workshops, symposia, keynote lectures, poster and free papers presentations, that focus on, but are not limited to, the topics of:
Community engaged education
Inter-professional education
       Research in medical education
       Mindfulness towards professionalism
       Patient safety in the undergraduate curriculum
       Health system science
       Medical humanity
Medical curriculum that serves future national healthcare
       Community medicine
       Complementary and alternative medicine
       Technology enhanced learning
       Formative and summative assessment
       Update in medical education

To highlight our conference, we have already invited some keynote and world renowned speakers to share their experiences, expertise and to inspire our attendees towards new initiatives related to their interests.

We also welcome our colleagues to propose other relevant topics and to suggest other prominent speakers of your choice to be invited as well.

We are calling for a poster and free paper presentation in this conference. A reward will be given to the best presentation winner as observed and decided by our sub-committee.

As Chiang Rai Province is a most attractive destination to visit in December with many special season related events, we would suggest that colleagues mark the dates on your note books and join us by enjoying early registration.

We also are looking for sponsorship to support our budget. We welcome and are indebted to any private firms or organizations who are demonstrating their interest in support of our achievement. Exhibition and booth presentations, as well as official recognition in media are available.

Your participation will not only highlight our program but also share our mutual passion which can pave the way for collaboration among colleagues, schools of medicine, institutes or hospitals in the near future.
