Operational Guidelines for Work From Home
- In case that staff members have to work from home, the Head of Division or supervisor shall propose to the President through the supervising Vice President and the Personnel Division for approval to work from home. If the President has approved, the Head of Division or supervisor shall follow this guideline.
- The Head of Division or supervisor shall be responsible for monitoring and evaluating work performance each day on a regular basis. Staff members shall ensure productivity and efficiency at home, compared to working in the workplace.
- The Head of Division or supervisor shall determine how to communicate with staff members, assign and submit tasks and identify working tools for staff working from home.
- The number of working days and hours for working from home shall be equivalent to ones in the workplace. Signing in and signing out of work shall not be performed.
- In an urgent case, staff members working from home shall come to the workplace promptly complying to the preventive measures.
- The Head of Division or supervisor shall evaluate productivity of tasks assigned for staff members working from home at intervals. If any obstacles arise, the said staff members shall solve the problems promptly.
